I am Kalyan Chukapalli, an independent contractor in United Kingdom. I've 12+ years of experience working with Oracle technologies. I started my career as a Oracle Developer (Forms/Reports), then moved to E-Business Suite. My current interests are Business Intelligence and DWH. For the last 6 years I have been working on OBIEE, BI Apps, OWB, Informatica, ODI and E-Business Suite.     Hi Kalyan

    Another useful post as usual.

    I thought you might like to know that there is an easier way rather than editing the registry. Simply: Start > Run > msconfig. Go to startup tab and untick oc4j.
